INGREDIENTS
2 - 6 oz chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
1 tsp. vegetable oil
8 cups red and green baby romaine lettuce
4 slices bacon, uncured, fully cooked, crumbled
1 avocado, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp chives, sliced thin
1/4 cup cucumber, diced 1/4-inch
1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/3 cup Panera® Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
