8 tablespoons (113g) butter melted cooled
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups (227g) King Arthur Pastry Flour Blend or 1 3/4 cups (206g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons (25g) sugar*
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecan meal or almond flour optional; for flavor
