INGREDIENTS

◦8-12 oz Almond Milk (depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies)
•
◦1/2 Avocado (pitted & scooped from peel)
•
◦3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hempshake - Vanilla
•
◦3-4 drops Liquid Stevia (can be substituted with 1-2 tbsp of coconut sugar or honey)
•
◦2-3 Ice Cubes
•
◦1/2 Banana* (optional; if used, add an additional 1/2 cup of almond milk)
