Classic 3 Cheese Baked Manicotti - a southern discourse

INGREDIENTS
10 Manicotti pasta shells
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt
15 oz Ricotta cheese
2 C Mozzarella cheese, (divided into 1 1/2 C & 1/2 C)
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, (divided into 1/4 C & 1/4 C)
1 large Egg
1/2 C Chopped parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 jar pasta sauce
