Citrus Stripe Cookies
"These bright and colorful citrus cookies can be the hit of your summer party. Using fruit juice powders you can create lemon, lime, orange, and even pineapple cookies. INGREDIENTS

1 1 1/2 cups (24 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened

1 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
•
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
•
1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
•
1 gel paste food coloring
•
1 2 tablespoons lemon juice powder, or other flavor of your choice
•
1 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon lemon oil, or other flavor of your choice
•
1 *To flavor 1/3 of dough; add other flavors as desired.
