1 tablespoon  finely shredded orange peel, lemon peel, and/or lime peel
1/3 cup  orange juice
3 tablespoons  white or regular balsamic vinegar
3 medium plums, pitted and coarsely chopped
2 medium peaches, pitted and coarsely chopped
2 - 3 teaspoons  snipped fresh mint, cilantro, or basil
