1 cup (2 stick) unsalted butter, preferably European style like Plugra or Kerrygold

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
•
Other ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
•
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
•
Oil for frying
