3/4 teaspoon liquid stevia (or 3/4 cup Splenda granulated or 3/4 cup sugar)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg + 2 egg whites
•
1 container nonfat plain Greek yogurt (about 3/4 cup–1 cup)
•
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
•
2 tablespoons canola oil (you can also experiment with coconut oil, macadamia oil etc)
•
2 tablespoons water

Streusel Topping:
•
1 tablespoon cinnamon
•
2 tablespoons brown sugar
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 cup cup quick oats
•
1 tablespoon butter (you can also try coconut oil)
