Cinnamon Rolls
"I am usually not a big fan of cinnamon rolls as my last experience consists of eating a cinnamon bun before hopping on a flight and, you can imagine the rest of the story. ????But years have gone by and I decided to bake my own. There are so many cinnamon roll recipes on the web and I am aware that baking requires precision, but I still enjoy following my own intuition and go through trial and error, so I ended up creating my own. INGREDIENTS

2 tps yeast

3 tbsp melted butter
•
2 tbsp sugar
•
1 egg
•
1/4 cup milk
•
2 cups flour
•
4 tbsp sugar
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1/4 cup water if needed
•
3 tbsp butter melted
•
2 tbsp cinnamon
•
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
•
1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
•
a few raisins (optional)
•
6 tbsp cream cheese
•
2 tsp powdered sugar
•
1 drop vanilla extract
•
2 tbsp milk
•
1 stick cinnamon (optional)
