1 cup (8.5floz/250ml) whole milk
¼ cup (2floz/60ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (3.5 oz/100g) confectioners’ sugar
1½ tablespoons whole milk ((plus a few drops more if needed))
