INGREDIENTS
16 tablespoons (1 cup; 227g) unsalted butter, (melted and completely cooled)
2/3 cup (135g) white granulated sugar
2/3 cup (120g) light brown sugar, (packed)
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 cups (375g) white, all purpose flour ((See Note 1))
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (108g) white sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, (at room temperature)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, (at room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste ((or use 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract))
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
3-1/2 cups (385g) powdered sugar
