Cinnamon-Eggnog Scones

INGREDIENTS
2 3/4 cups (330g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon table salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter cold cut into pats or small cubes
1 cup (156g) cinnamon chips or King Arthur Cinnamon Sweet Bits
1 large egg
1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract or 1/2 teaspoon eggnog flavor
3/4 cup (199g) eggnog cold
1 tablespoon eggnog
2 tablespoons coarse sparkling sugar or cinnamon sugar optional
