3 cups all-purpose flour (don't pack it into the measuring cup)

4 teaspoons baking powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 large eggs
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1/2 cup light brown sugar
•
1 cup buttermilk
•
1/2 cup vegetable or coconut oil
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
For the Crumble Topping:
•
2/3 cup brown sugar
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
•
1/2 cup butter, softened to room temp
•
For the Glaze:
•
1 cup powdered sugar
•
2 tbsp milk (add more by the teaspoon if needed to achieve desired consistency)
•
Optional: chopped pecans for topping.
