INGREDIENTS

2 C All-purpose Flour

3 tsp Baking powder
•
1/2 tsp Salt
•
1 C Zulka Sugar
•
1 tsp Cinnamon
•
1 Large egg
•
1/2 C Melted butter
•
1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
•
1 C Buttermilk
•
1/2 C Sour cream
•
1 1/4 C Blueberries
•
Streusel Topping
•
2 tbsp Butter at room temperature
•
1/4 C Flour
•
2 tbsp Zulka sugar
•
1 tbsp Brown sugar
•
1 tsp Cinnamon
•
To make the streusel topping, combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and use a pastry cutter or a fork to blend the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly. There should be no large chunks of butter remaining.

Cover each muffin with about a tablespoon of streusel. No need to skimp on this!
