1/2 to 2/3 cup (113g to 149g) lukewarm water
1 large egg
5 tablespoons (71g) unsalted butter room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup (106g) brown sugar packed
4 teaspoons (11g) cinnamon
4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter melted
2 teaspoons water
1/2 cup (57g) diced pecans or walnuts toasted if desired
1/2 cup (57g) golden raisins
1 large egg beaten with a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar firmly packed
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon (14g) unsalted butter cold
