Ingredients:
1 cup 110 degree water
8 cups all-purpose flour
(2) .25 oz. pkts.- active dry yeast
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar – divided
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup warm milk
4 cups powdered sugar
2 1/3 cup melted margarine – divided
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon maple extract
2 eggs – slightly beaten
6 tablespoons hot water
