Dough:
3 cups almond meal
6 Tbsp. psyllium husk powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Real Salt
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
8 tiny scoops (¼ tsp.) KAL brand stevia extract
¼ cup melted coconut oil (You will need ½ cup more later – see making the cinnamon rolls: additional

2 cups warm water
