1 cup long grain rice (jasmine or basmati rice, rinsed and well drained)

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 ½ cups filtered water
•
½ tsp fine sea salt

Zest of 1 lime
•
1 Tbsp lime juice (plus more to taste)

½ bunch cilantro (finely chopped (½ cup loosely packed))
