Ingredients: 1 bunch fresh cilantro; ¼ – ½ bunch fresh mint (about ¼ the amount of cilantro that you have.); 1 lime; ½ onion; ½ tsp. salt; 1-2 green chili peppers (optional. I prefer it without because it’s a nice contrast to the masala)
