INGREDIENTS

FILLING

15 Cups Grated Romano Cheese
•
Black Pepper (Little Bit)
•
Oil ½ Cup
•
2 Dozen Jumbo Eggs
•
2 lb. Ground Pork (seasoned with garlic powder, fennel seed, bit of hot pepper seed)
•
Mix all ingredients with the exception of the pork.
•
Cover with dish towel and allow to sit for at least 1 hour.
•
Brown and season pork. Drain grease in a colander and let meat cool completely.
•
Mix with remaining ingredients thoroughly.
