1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
•
16 oz sour cream
•
¼ cup roasted green chilies -- canned is fine
•
¼ cup sliced jalapenos -- fresh, canned or jarred
•
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
•
½ teaspoon salt
•
½ teaspoon garlic (I used two cloves)
•
½ teaspoon lemon juice -- or, to taste
•
¼ to ½ cup milk or half and half to thin it down
