INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup / 120ml Water
2 tablespoons /30g salted butter
1/4 cup (50g) plus 1 tablespoon (13g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup / 60g all-purpose flour
1 large egg (at room temperature)
Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil, Corn Oil, or Olive Oil for frying and cutting
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
