Ingredients: 2 c all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 c granulated sugar; 3 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 7 eggs (yolks separated from whites); 1/2 c orange juice; 1/2 c vegetable oil; 1/4 c water; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 2 tsp orange extract; 2 tbsp orange zest; 1/2 tsp cream of tartar; 2 cup sticks (1 of unsalted butter); 2 cups of powdered sugar; 1 7- oz jar of marshmallow cream; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp orange extract; 1-2 tsp milk (optional); cranberries (rosemary, sage, pine, pecans...for decorating; see notes)
