Chow Mein

INGREDIENTS
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium carrot (julienned or thinly sliced)
4 cups cabbage (shredded, I used Napa cabbage)
12 oz chow mein noodles
3 green onions (chopped)
1 cup bean sprouts
