4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts (for me it was about 20)

½ cup walnuts
•
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
•
½ cup chopped onion
•
1 tablespoon butter
•
juice of 1 orange
•
1 tablespoon honey
•
2 tablespoons olive oil
•
salt and pepper to taste
