Chocolate Zucchini Muffins: Moist, tall, & easy to make! - Baking A Moment

INGREDIENTS
1 medium zucchini (shredded and drained (about 1 cup))
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa ((I used a combination of dark cocoa and regular unsweetened cocoa powder))
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter ((1 stick), melted and cooled slightly)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt*
3 tablespoons milk
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
