Ingredients: 18.25 oz box of Devils Food Cake Mix; 3 eggs; 1 1/4 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 cup milk chocolate chips; 1/2 cup caramel sauce (I used Smuckers); 1/2 cup chocolate sauce (I used Hersheys); 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese; 1 cup cool whip; 5 cups powdered sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips; 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips; 3/4 cup melted caramel (I used Caramel bits by the chocolate chips); 1/3 cup crushed pecans
