1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
•
1 cup unsalted butter
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
3/4 cup vanilla sugar (plain is fine)
•
4 large eggs
•
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 cup chopped pecans
•
For the Glaze:
•
4 oz semi sweet chocolate
•
1/2 cup heavy cream
•
1 tablespoon butter
•
For the Caramel:
•
1 1/2 cups sugar
•
1/4 cup warm water
•
1/2 cup heavy cream
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
Pinch of salt
•
For the topping:
•
1/2 to 1 cup of chopped pecans
