INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 quart of sorbet and 4 chocolate cups
1 tablespoon corn syrup
3 cups water
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 cinnamon sticks, toasted
1 tablespoon rum
1 pound bittersweet chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate, melted
4 balloons, inflated to the size of a softball or large grapefruit
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted
For Garnish:
Whipped cream
Fresh berries
Fresh mint
Slivered Almonds
