1/2 cup unsalted butter (125 g)
•
1/4 cup water (or more)
•
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
•
1/4 - 1/2 cup dark rum
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
1/4 cup cocoa powder
