250 g or 22 oreos (cream removed )
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
340 g or 2 cups frozen raspberries (thawed)
3 large egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
all of the raspberry puree (from above)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup dutch process cocoa
Pinch fine sea salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Fresh raspberries (to top)
