INGREDIENTS
For The Chocolate Wafer Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (I used Oreos, with the filling scraped out)
5 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
For The Peanut Butter Mousse:
2.5 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
For The Chocolate Mousse:
2.5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 oz. milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp whole milk
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
For The Chocolate Glaze:
3 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
