3 teaspoons  pure vanilla extract
1 large  egg plus 2 large egg whites at room temperature
2 1/4 cups  all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
salt
4 ounces  semisweet chocolate, melted
1 cup  chunky peanut butter
2/3 cup  light corn syrup
pinch  of cream of tartar
1 cup  sifted confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
cocoa and cinnamon, for dusting
