1/3 cup water

1 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp vanilla
•
1 cup peanut butter chips
•
Frosting:
•
1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
•
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
•
4 cups powdered sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
•
1 bag Reese's Peanut Butter cups, chopped and chilled for 1/2 in freezer
