½ cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs, room temperature

2 oz dark chocolate, (I used 60%) roughly chopped

FOR THE MOUSSE:

1/4 tsp powdered gelatin
•
1 Tbsp cold water
•
1 cup heavy cream
•
2 large egg yolks
•
2 Tbsp sugar
•
3 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
•
