INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 17.5 grams; I used Vega)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped cashews
1/2 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Mini Chips)
1 tablespoon dried cherries or cranberries
