2 c confectioners’ sugar
•
1 Tbls water
•
½ tsp mint extract
•
4 drops green food coloring

Chocolate Ganche:
•
1 cup heavy whipping cream
•
1 cup (8 ounces) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
