Chocolate Layer Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
"This fabulous recipe is very easy to make. The cake is also good for you, because it uses cocoa powder and oil instead of melted chocolate and butter. If you use self-rising flour in this cake, it will never test done. In fact, never use self-rising flour unless a cake specifically calls for it...."

1-3/4 cups flour (do NOT use self-rising flour)

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup cocoa powder
•
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
•
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
•
1/4 tsp. salt
•
2 eggs
•
1 cup milk
•
1/2 cup oil
•
2 tsp. vanilla
•
1 cup boiling water
•
