1 1/2 cups of unsalted butter
•
1 C. unsweetened dark cocoa
•
2 3/4 C. all purpose flour
•
3 C. granulated sugar
•
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
•
3/4 tsp. salt
•
3 eggs at room temperature
•
2/3 C. full fat sour cream
•
Makes 34 cupcakes

Irish Cream Buttercream
•
2 Cups unsalted butter at room temperature
•
1 lb. confectioners sugar
•
1/4 C. Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
•
(may substitute with 1 T. real vanilla extract for a non-alcoholic version)
