INGREDIENTS
For the Cakes:
1 cup flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot coffee or hot water (see Ingredient Note)
For the Filling:
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
For the Chocolate Coating:
1 pound (16 ounces) chocolate candy coating
