INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons brown rice syrup
2 cups vegan chocolate chips
All-purpose flour, for rolling out the dough
1 batch of Master Raised Dough (recipe follows)
Canola oil, for frying
11/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows (or chopped vegan marshmallows)
1 cup smashed vegan graham crackers
1/2 cup Vanilla Glaze (recipe follows, optional)
1/2 cup ground vegan dark chocolate chips (optional)
2 cups unsweetened soy milk
1/2 cup canola oil, plus more for frying the donuts
41/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup evaporated cane juice
41/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for
the work surface
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sifted Dutch-process cocoa powder
6 cups vegan powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
11/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla beans
6 cups vegan powdered sugar
