Name: Chocolate Ganache Brownies
Ingredients: Brownie:; 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter; 2/3 cup chocolate (I used Nestle’ dark chocolate chips); 4 eggs; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2 cups granulated sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 cup flour; 1 cup chopped nuts (optional); Frosting:; 1/2 cup whipping cream; 1 cup chocolate (Aunt Sara uses Ghiradelli, I just used the rest of the Nestle’ dark chips)
