2/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
GANACHE:
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds, toasted
