For Pastry Cream:
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
For Chocolate Ganache:
3 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup whipping cream
