4 eggs
Vanilla Cream Pudding (recipe below)
Chocolate Icing (recipe below)
Vanilla Cream Filling: (My Mom's recipe)
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Chocolate Icing:
3 Tbsp. butter
3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
3-4 Tbsp. water
1 c. confectioner's sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
