Chocolate Eclair Bars (Feed A Crowd version of the old-fashioned cake)

INGREDIENTS
3 cups whole milk
1.5 pkgs graham crackers
2 3.5oz. pkgs instant vanilla pudding
1 16oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
