⅔ cup (145g) packed light brown sugar
4 tablespoons (56g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 tablespoons (55g) canola oil
2 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons (14 tablespoons) heavy cream, at room temperature
1 cup (115g) confectioner’s sugar
2 to 4 teaspoons milk or buttermilk
