1-1/2 cups of swetened coconut cream (one 16 oz can) (find in the mixed drink section of the store

1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon coconut flavor (optional)
•
1/3 cup coconut milk powder, optional
•
Coating:
•
1-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
•
2-1/2 Tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons light corn syrup or honey
