5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

3 large eggs, separated and whites placed in the fridge for another use
•
3 Tbl white sugar
•
1/4 tsp coarse salt
•
1 cup heavy cream
•
1 cup chopped chocolate, melted
