6 large egg yolks, room temperature

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold), cut into 6 pieces
•
6 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
•
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
•
1 tsp. vanilla extract
•
Whipped topping:
•
1 1/2 cups heavy cream (cold)
•
1 1/2Tbsp. granulated sugar
•
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
